Achieves

Wenches on the bridge.
The fellow who looks like Robin Hood (on the right) swore I was going to cut him out of the picture.  No such luck, my camera had a wide angle lens on it and I couldn't..... ha!  We try to go to the Renaissance Faire in Apache Junction at least once each year.  It's a colorful event with lots of entertaining people to photograph.

The Dead Bob Show  One of our favorite entertainers is this skeleton and his handler who remains nameless and faceless.  His act is a bit "racy" but everyone seems to enjoy the show and have a good time.  Except this time....  Seems the blonds' husband got a little upset by some of Dead Bob's comments about his Barbie Doll look alike wife. I thought they might come to blows so I got into the best position I could. Considering my lens only goes from about 30mm to 60mm, this was about as close to the action as I could get!  It all came to an end when security escorted the family out of the park.

Jousting  For these colorful events we decided to sit in a shady part of the bleachers.  The sword battles and other weaponry fights were well done, for a bunch of over baked hams....

The Ren-Faire is a great family fun affair which is open every weekend in February and March.  If you're down in the area, it's well worth the visit!
