Fall colors are just getting underway by
Hassayampa Lake on the Senator Highway.
Today
was another lovely day in Arizona, so Nancy and I decided to take a drive
into the mountains to see if we could find some fall colors. We
weren't disappointed, as the aspens were just starting to change, as well
as oak and maple trees. At about 8000 feet above sea level, the
temperature was a bit cool for us desert livers -- somewhere in the low
60's -- but it was very pleasant with our sweaters on. We even had
our own little tail-gate party, a picnic while sitting on the back side of
our 4wd pickup.

These are some of the pix I took with my
digital camera. Nancy's pictures are on the way
to the printer, as she was using her film cameras. We'll share her
work later!

pictures on webshots, and can even place your special pictures there as
well! Check them out! Click on the taps you see on our site

matter of fact, click on all our advertisers -- they all have interesting
